New Arts Gallery Invites you to a Special 2 Day Event 30 Torsos / 30 Artists Guest Curator Kardash Onnig brings together 30 artists from both the US and abroad in a collaboration to benefit the displaced children of the Middle East. Onnig’s lifetime of activism through the arts, in quest of bridging the differences of conflicting cultures, highlights the plight of the children of war, specifically in Gaza but also around the world.
He has created each torso, the symbol of life and rebirth, and has chosen artists to address through these sculptures, the issues of peace and war and the effects upon the children who live in the midst of conflict.
Proceeds from this 2 day exhibition will benefit the Middle East Children’s Alliance [MECA].
